Any thoughts who was asking Billy McKenzie about Rahel and Nala, and why?

Tony seemed to think it was Albert, Mrs.Saifre’s chauffeur.

I believe it was Mrs S's chauffeur and was doing so under instructions from her. If she located the girls she would eventually locate the djinn who was after them as I believe this was her goal,
capture the djinn and control it for her own purposes.

My money would be on Albert.

I, too, thought it was Mrs Saifre’s Albert.
