Hello! Searching for a book I read when I was 12/13 around 2006-2008. Features a lonely boy who befriends a new classmate who falls ridiculously on purpose in class only to make himself laugh. They become close and begin plotting something, but I can't remember much else. The cover from my memory features hot dogs and neon green—potentially a neon green sign? Definitely a chapter book. Any help is SUPER appreciated. I'm putting together a reading list from my childhood for my unborn child 😂
