Im so tired of how much reassurance i need for my brain to leave me alone. While most people can go a week without seeing their loved ones & still feel secure in the connections, I struggle to remind myself that the connection can still exist even if the person isn't around for 2-3 days. Its so exhausting & I'm tired of feeling like I'm too much a burden for people to love.

I dont know what's wrong with me, I used to be so happy and so pure-hearted but somehow that all changed and I became so quiet, unhappy, and tired all the time and never wanted to socialize with anyone. I stay in bed all day when I can and I sleep to block out reality, I also use music as a way to escape everything but it doesn't work but it helps a little bit. I envy people with genuine happy lives. I have a family that doesn't really family, and when they do i feel like the black sheep of the family. I wish i was someone else and i wish i was happy. I also have a short attention span to things. I zone out a lot when I'm out. I used to want to go out all the time but now all i want to do is stay home locked up in my room sleeping, watching movies or listening to music. I lost all hope of becoming better and i am starting to hate myself. Im overthinking everything and I get anxious very quickly. I put on a smile for people and make everyone laugh and smile and have a great day while deep down inside I'm slowly giving up on life. I'm on the verge of breaking. I don't know what to do and i don't know how to express my feelings.

Im so childish they took it as maturity & im so out of my mind they began to take it as emotionally in tune, I'm so silly that they take me seriously & im so serious they take it for silly. I dont know who i am....I dont know what i want....I feel so loose, I feel so lost, I feel so lonely, so detached....I need to get out. i feel like im chasing after my partner who constantly is just never online...and I'm just afraid that they are going to leave me the way that everyone else has left me and when they leave....my mind just screams 'No! Please don't go! I will do anything to keep you here" so i cling on tighter only for them to go offline and it feels like all of my fears are coming true....I want nothing more to love them than to give them my heart and for them to take care of it. But it feels like they keep breaking it over and over and over again and they don't even mean to. Why are they so afraid to love me when all i want to do is love them? Why do they keep pushing me away, when all i want is to be close to them? I wonder if maybe im doing something wrong and i blow up their phone, just trying to figure out what is it that i can do better. I long for reassurance, hoping and begging and praying that they will just give me some and let me know that they are not leaving...that they are still here...But when i am met with silence, it feels like my soul is breaking because then it feels like all of my fears are coming true. That they will leave just like all the others and i will feel my heart break all over again.

usually, when people ask me how im doing, the real answer is I'm doing shitty but i cant say I'm feeling shitty because i don't even have a good reason to be doing shitty so if i say I'm doing shitty then they say "Why, whats wrong?" i have to be like "Idk, all of it?" so instead when people ask how I'm doing i usually say "Im a doing so great...."
