Tabs disappear from all-non-talk views?

There are some of the new styles that I really like, but the top tabs disappear for me in nearly every single one of them. I am using Firefox, if that matters. Are others having this problem?

The tabs in most designs disappear in the Library view (but only the Library view), because of the way that LT is designed. They should be fine everywhere else.
