Adding hyperlinks

Does anyone have experience of adding an active hyperlinks to LT catalogue entries?

I've begun running a check on our collection to identify any that have a free-access digitised version available on the Web. There seems to be a growing number of these and what I want to do is to incorporate a link into the relevant LT entry so that anyone browsing the catalogue can simply click on it to open the book in their browser.

I've put them in comments.

We also pop the link from the digital source (which might not be a librything link) in the comments section. Seems to work. No complaints yet.
