At the Caribbean Seminar in the North in Preston yesterday, I heard the disturbing news that the CRB is in the first stages of a review of the prospects for its continued survival. To lose this kind of quality intellectual/ arts publication - which is published by the MEP from within the Caribbean - would be a dreadful shame, especially as it is very competitively priced for this kind of publication.
