Firstly hi! i'm new to all this.

i can only remeber bits of this book, but loved it as a teenager. would be great if anyone can think of the title. the main character was a young girl, she's seen as trouble in school as you draws pictures without realising, she draws one picture of a little boy with what looks like a spiderweb over his face. then an accident happens and a boy in a car is thrown against the windscreen-the spiderweb infact being the cracked windscreen. the girl goes to a kind of institution with other people that have 'powers' one lad can heal (maybe called Rob) she falls for him and also a darker character maybe clled Gabriel. there's a mention of a thrid eye and i remember the third book being quite dark, the girl ends up locked in this huge tub of water and the male character who seems quite bad in the beginning tries to keep the girl alive by talking to her through his mind- and keeping himself awake by stubbing a cigarette out on his hand. as for the book covers i can remeber one being of a girl and a third eye drawn in the middle of her forehead. sorry if this makes no sense, would apprecaiet any help.

It's from the Dark Visions trilogy by L.J. Smith. The first one is The Strange Power. I love those books :)

omg I have been looking for this book for the last year. I used to have it and I lent it to my mother and she lost it. I couldn't remember the name of it tho and no one knew what I was talking about. I found it to be a very good book and enjoyed reading it. I could not put it down.

The good thing about this is, they just rereleased all 3 books as a bind-up so you'll be able to find them really easily.

(I gotta dork out about this, I read that book literally DOZENS of times as a kid XD)
