If you don't scan all the talk or aren't a member of The Green Dragon group, you may have missed this wonderful film clip of freestyle dressage. It took forever to load on my elderly dial up but it's worth it!

I am no expert on Dressage, but that was breathtaking! That horse was dancing. I feel privileged to have seen it. Had I been a judge I would have given them 10/10.
I did feel that the music wasn't really necessary, but that wasn't a problem. I am so glad you put this up, because I don't go to the Green Dragon. Maybe I should, if there are any more topics like that...

Awww! I posted that. Blue Hors Matine is a brilliant mover, and I have a lot of respect for Andreas Helgstrand. I've never been a big fan of Anky van Grunsven because of her excessive use of rollkur. I think it's unproductive and psychologically harmful to horses.

Thanks for posting it and for joining the horse group! It was a breathtaking performance and I hope you'll post more clips if you come across them. I had a good time rummaging around the youtube site and watching various performances. I even found one of Zip Me Impressive, the sire of one of my geldings doing a western trail class.
My dressagespeak is pretty small. Could you explain rollkur?
