Problems with the widget

Anyone else having problems getting Livejournal to accept the HTML for the Library Thing widget? It just doesn't show up in my LJ profile when I add it, although when I go to Edit Profile Info it is in fact there.

Update: I did go back and read the previous post about this, after I posted it, but I can't find the link for the non-java version of the LT widget. Can someone point me there?

That code worked for me, on freewebs, but it did not work on myspace. I've yet to try it on my livejournal.

Any idea why it doesn't work on myspace?

I'm not technically proficient enough to know why myspace operates differently than LJ. All I know that both restrict the use of javascript (I think) and I haven't yet heard what the difference is between the two sites. I also haven't heard of a fix for myspace yet.

I gave up on the Widget and just put a link to my LT profile in my LJ links

the widget, as above, works fine for LJ. The only thing it won't do that the regular widget does is provide a link to each individual book that gets listed.

Thanks a mil kawika, I've just put that on my LJ and it works fine. :o)
