My library has pretty much all come a second-hand store in town, where I can find all sorts of collectables and antiques. A lot of the editions I have catalogued are not the correct ones, because I have a lot of obscure books that don't necessarily pop up.

My books are generally classics, poetry or childrens books. I have the odd contemporary fiction book lying around, but that section is mostly contained to Atwood. I keep finding strays around my house that somehow weren't on the bookshelf, so I'll be updating my for awhile yet.

I'm a high school senior in BC, graduating in about three weeks (ah!). Next year, I'll be going to Malaspina UC, in the BA / B.Ed program (majoring in English, minoring in creative writing), which will leave me with both degrees hopefully in five years.

I live with my boyfriend, Mark, who is a carpenter. One of these days I'll get his library catalogued, too; it's quite different from mine, so I decided to keep them seperate.

I work in a little restaurant famous for its deep-fried chocolate bars and pirate theme, and for being open past closing time at the bars. On my spare time, I train in and teach Shotokan karate and mentor through Big Sisters.
