I started out as a science fiction and horror enthusiast, then shifted to classics. Currently collecting all three categories (there's plenty of overlap!), plus a lot of B&W horror comic mags from the '60s and '70s (mostly Warren and Skywald). I had forgotten how much I loved comics until I read "From Hell" by Alan Moore and Eddie Campbell a few years ago. Warren's "Creepy" was a huge influence on me as a kid growing up in Colorado. I recently collected the complete run of "Creepy."

I am a displaced attorney who has gone back to school for a master's degree in library science. Married, no kids, two dogs.
