I had been collecting my library for over 30 years and then we sold our house and I no longer had a room for my library so I donated over 2000 (hardcover) books to my local library. Then had to cut back even further so I donated another 1500 to another library. They make me call now before I show up with any donations! I have a small library now of approximately 650 hard cover books with maybe 50 paperbacks that did not come in hardcover. I am one that will re-read my books many many times. I am mainly into modern romance/fiction, modern mystery and science fiction that includes vampires, werewolves and the like; not at all into true crime or physcological horror.

I'm 62 years old with 3 grown children and 6 grand children. My hobbies are reading (ha), photography, painting (not houses!) and sculpturing (when arthritis lets me) with clay and I have recently started buying and trying different wines and having a really good time with it. I love yoga and it has kept me flexible as I have Lupus and associated illnesses and traveling when I can get my husband out of his office (will not stay retired!).
