Soldier, Lily, Peace and Pearls is a story about three individuals - two from Indochina and one from Canada. Their lives intertwine over three decades. Each faces personal trauma and is aided by the unexpected kindness of others. I hope that you will enjoy it.

Hi I am a Canadian author who writes under the name Con Cú (owl in Vietnamese). It is a nickname given to me by a friend, whose childhood stories of imprisonment, flight from Vietnam and adapting to Canadian society inspired me to write my first novel Soldier, Lily, Peace and Pearls.
