If it looks a bit scatter-shot, that's because of the way I read. I'll never stick with just one genre, while others are being neglected.

I'm an escapist at heart - never happier than losing myself in a different world, or a different time, or both (a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...).

It's not that the real world isn't rich and fulfilling. It's just that the possibilities offered by alternate realities are endlessly fascinating. I'm always on the look-out for somewhere new to explore for a few hours.
