As I've said -- it is much reduced from its former glory days. Now a great portion of my library is digital. I said I would never like to read from a kindle. But never say never!

I'm a 61 year old accountant who moved from Spokane WA to Alaska in November about 3 years ago. When you move to Alaska in November you put everything into shipping crates, which go onto a boat on up to Anchorage. Weight matters! So I gave away TONS of books, and my library now is a mere shadow of its former self.

I bought a house in the middle of a birch forest where moose are frequent munchers on my plants (dang moose!)

I've got 2 dogs and a cat and love to sit on my deck and read on the rare day it's nice enough to do that!!!
