The author has provided heretofore unavailable English translation of materials giving detail on the individual side of German emigration from Wuerttemberg, the County of Wertheim, Zwebruecken in the Palatinate and from the Canton of Schaffhausen to the American Colonies, including genealogical and social-historical particulars. Mr. Yoder's focus is for the German-speaking groups making up the German culture in Pennsylvania.
