Courte biographie
A long-time freelance writer, editor, and copyeditor, Matteson delights in using her experience to combine her love of words with her love of magic, SF/F, and snarky humor.

Matteson lives in Austin, TX where she can be found indulging her love of nature—when the sun isn't trying to broil her alive. On days that she's hiding from the sun, Matteson's usually elbow-deep in a craft project, learning to paint and draw in her bullet journal, or gleefully watching way too much TV. She is currently ruled by two feline overlords.

Book 4 of the Housekeeper series. Bayley suddenly announces that he has a one-time only opportunity to "level-up" but it will require separation from Finn for 3 weeks. She agrees, and is alone in the house. While Bayley is gone Finn receives unwelcome visitors. She al;so begins to learn a little bit about Bayley's past.

Very entertaining to read. Has humor, magic, action, emotions and a fantastic house I would love to live in. Character development is good. Would like more history about the house, but hopefully future books will provide it. So glad to find another good author who can really tell a story with a main character you can relate to, who is not perfect, but tries very hard to learn and grow thru problems and actions by other people. So happy to find this great author and hope he does not take to long to do the next book.… (plus d'informations)

Book 3 of the Housekeeper series pretty much takes up where that last one left off with Finn still at the center of a controversy regarding her control of the supernatural house, Bayley,. She now has to care for a refugee from the Murphy family as she also expands her knowledge of the alien creatures that live on the estate.
