This book had a bit of everything. A gripping story line, lots of romantic tension and suspense as well as memorable characters. The setting is paranormal with an alpha trying to find kidnapped pack members. The help of a lone wolf is called in. Then things get interesting. You will have to read and see for yourself. A nice quick read, ideal for a day at the beach.

I actually like the suspense part, but not so with the romance part. I didn't feel it, and the book is too short. Will definitely look for author's other works. Recommended to paranormal romance fans.

I have to say that the open hostility between the two males was a bit detracting since it took a long time before their history was fully explained. I do have a question though. How is it that they did not realize that Roxanne is also a shifter, but they could scent who it was that kidnapped her?
