Children's Television Workshop

This book was a great idea brought forth by The Children's Telebision Workshop. It was designed as a book that a child could take part in. A parent, Guardion, or friend, for a fee could send in a child's name ,address, and other pertinent information. The publishers then inserted this information into the book making the child a part of the story. It's about a fanciful pigeon race which takes place on Sesame street. Bert and Ernie, Big Bird, and the subject child run into minor problems and then solve them and of course end up winning the race. The perfect children's book.… (plus d'informations)
