Wood provides details for each age of childhood that help guide teachers and parents. If you're feeling burnt out on a certain age, read about it here, and rediscover the wonders and strengths of children!

An excellent resource for teachers AND parents; parents who appreciate the Gesell Institute books (ie, "Your Five Year Old," etc) will like the format of this book, which, in the space of only a few pages, details some of the over-arching physical, emotional, and social changes for each year.
