Wow. I was unable to stop reading this book until the end, neglecting some household chores. Oh well. Holly just got out of a relationship a week before her wedding and struggles with trust. Enter Jake, who sweeps her off her feet and appears to be her dream man. This seems to be the real deal, until Holly is betrayed once again and leaves town to face some pretty major struggles- as in life or death. I don’t think things are as clear cut as Holly perceives them to be at the end of this book. It seems her mother may be lying to her based on her strong reaction about to Holly contacting Jake. I’m not so sure Jake betrayed her. Let’s just say this books leaves a lot of questions I am frustrated I can’t get answers to since I can’t seem to find the next novel in this 4ever series.
