A solid play that focuses on its characters. There is much to like here, from the cutthroat relationships between its principal characters to the development of the plot and the different arcs that come together. Overall, this was a great play and one that I recommend for those interested in American drama or plays in general.

Interesting material, but the notes aren't that accurate.

A play about a group of college students who live together for a semester and then go their own ways. I found it confusing when I read it in the 1970s and haven't been motivated to re-read it.

A young black pianist becomes embroiled in the lives of an upper-class white family set among the racial tensions, infidelity, violence, and other nostalgic events in early 1900s New York City. (source: tmdb)
