Sara Weeks

This was an enjoyable read for a Boston lover. The stories are simple enough for children, mostly featuring the adventures of animals in the park. Interesting story about a big hurricane. Somehow even being from the point of view of the animals the author manages to convey the limited worldview of the 1950s a little bit and that interfered with my enjoyment of it somehow. It would seem that all the people in the Boston were white if you didn't know better.
