If you like “Mega Shark vs. Mega Octopus” type movies on SyFy, you will enjoy this book. It has that same kind of fascination. There is no real substance, yet you can’t stop reading it.
While reading the book there were times where you could spot the outcome miles away, watch any B-Roll horror and this book pretty much played it by the numbers. There weren’t any big surprises after a while it felt too packaged and too predictable. Having said that, there are readers out there that love these types of story lines and will dive right it.
Character Development:
There really isn’t much character development in this book. Just a bunch of people trying to kill lest not be killed themselves. I’m not sure any huge amount of character development is needed in a book like this.
Editing and Writing Style:
As you can see by the description above, written by the author to describe their own book, there are typos and bits of incorrect grammar in this book. Nothing out of this world, but certainly some that could have been caught with better editing.… (plus d'informations)
