A gallop through history and the decline in the church, supplementing Newbigin's analysis. So what to do about it? Tell and celebrate the Story. Set up plausibility structure (don't worry about being a gathered church), revise the liturgy - include icons for this visual age, and be a holy community.

Good history of the movement. However, he ignores or doesn't see the political aspects of the "discipleship" campaign.

Conversations and essays about the life and work of C.S. Lewis, best known in our time because of the popularity of his Chronicles of Narnia allegorical series for children, but known at large for his many books exploring and defending the Christian faith. A convert later in his adult life, but already a scholar, he describes his conversion as "being dragged kicking and screaming into the Kingdom of God." Thus his great value as a Christian apologetic writer.
