I am the queen of DIY acid peels, so at the moment I am in that 'burn victim ' phase which for me is generally about a full week before things start looking better - this book made an already red, irritated and rather ugly face that much uglier. Why ? Too many tears. My eyes looked blood shot and an already red face was made even redder. I connected so deeply with this book, especially since I was hospitalized just over a month ago for suicidal ideation and I have spent a huge part of my life lamenting, regretting, hurting, being angry and all other sorts of painful emotions that are common for people, who like the title says ' If you feel too much '. I have signed up for his organization's blog and bought some of his t-shirts to help the cause. A
