This book is about a little girl named Tilda, who thought she had the most perfect life until it all felt like it turned upside down. Tilda became very sad and lost all of her happiness, until she met a little friend ladybug. This ladybug encouraged Tilda to never give up and try her best in everything, so from then on out Tilda started to find herself again with never giving up.

I read this as a metaphor for being LGBTQ, though of course it could be about any quality or identity that a person may try to hide for fear of being thought "different." I think this would be a great book for a Drag Queen Story Time.
