Annabelle Tometich

I enjoyed this book. The main idea of this book was the sport of gymnastics. This book had great pictures of gymnasts executing the different categories of gymnastics. The pictures took up the whole page( on the left side), then had the information on the left page. I liked the pattern of the book from picture to text and picture to text. This pattern continued until the end of the book. This is great for a beginning reader to see the picture and then learn about it. The book had a glossary for vocabulary some readers may not be familiar with. The words were bolded then defined in the back of the book. For example, created (kree- Ay- ted)- made something new. This order is made for each vocabulary term. This is such a helpful tool for readers who need help with these words. A very nice book to read.… (plus d'informations)
