Yumi Tohma

As a voice actor Yumi Tohma is known throughout the Far East, perhaps best known as the voice of the goddess Urd in the many animated incarnations of Oh My Goddess!. Her animation credits include Emma in Emma : a Victorian Romance, Deedlit in Records of the Lodoss War, and Sylphiel in Slayers among many others, but it is her close connection to Oh My Goddess! characters and stories that have led her to writing this, her first novel. Equally in high demand for her distinctive voice in recording vocals for video games, live-action movies, and television, she can also be heard as the international voice of Sarah Wynter's "Kate Warner" in the television series 24, Holly Marie Comb's "Piper Halliwell" in Charmed, Kate Winslet's "Rose Dawson" in Titanic, and Jessica Alba's "Susan Storm / The Invisible Woman" in Fantastic Four, as well as the voice of many characters in such popular games as Soul Caliber and Tekkan.
