Anyone with Maine antecedents should have this book. You will find simple recipes for all the favorite dishes your grandmother made.
Excellent general resource on Maine cooking. It was assembled in the 40's and 50's and does reflect this (lots of Accent seasoned salt) but the food is tasty, and the directions are well and clearly written.
