Some good sections - reads like it's doctrinaire. There may be nothing in C/AM, but the books starts off with that conclusion like the public speaker who is there to make points, not to examine issues - tell them what you're going to tell them (conclusion), then tell them, then tell you want you told them (repeat or reiterate the previously announced conclusions).
