Birk Sproxton (1943–2007)

Birk Sproxton's books include the long poem Headframe.; the novel The Red-Headed Woman with the Black Black Heart, and the collection Phantom Lake: North of 54. He is the editor of The Winnipeg Connection, Trace: Prairie Writers on Writing, and Great Stories from the Prairies. He was born in Flin afficher plus Flon, Manitoba, where he grew up listening to tall tales of the North. Sproxton divides his time between Manitoba and Alberta. afficher moins
