The Great Permission: An Asset-Based Field Guide for… par Bob Sitze
This is a fantastic little handbook that was very helpful for me as a pastor in training. I think the ideas in it are great, and for smaller congregations it provides a positive way to see the ministry they do and all the blessings and assests they have for the ministry they can do. I would recommend it to any leader in a church as a way to invigorate the leadership and the congregation.
