Singer argues that theories of exclusive rights to property often leads to paradoxical results if they're applied indiscriminately to the real world. His alternative is a "bundle" of rights where several person can hold various claims on any given property. The book is a nice mix of practical examples and philosophical theory and it doesn't require much prior knowledge about either law or philosophy. The conclusions are perhaps a bit vague in the end, but I still enjoyed this book a lot and I recommend it as an introductory work to the philosophy of private property.… (plus d'informations)
