This book also shares explanations behind common gymnastic exercises, such as needing to warm up in order to avoid injuries, and practicing backbends because this shape helps strengthen arms and legs. The book also has vocabulary boxes highlighting new words and their meanings, and gymnastic facts of famous Olympic gymnasts and what they were famous for.
