This book picked up where the first one left off and the first one definitely left me with heart palpitations and wondering holy crap did that just happen, so to say I was beyond excited to read this is a big understatement. Axton is beyond mad at Naomi and the situation they are in, but he more concerned about finding and getting his son back. Naomi finds herself in an awful predicament and we know she isn’t guilty but because she wasn’t 100% honest with Axton things don’t look good for her. She is hated and abandoned by those she considered friends and the man she loved, she doesn’t know what to do and finds herself becoming desolate. The author really took Naomi’s pain and made so tangible that I was hurting along with her wishing and praying she found a way out of this and get her man back. Without giving too much away Naomi and Axton find themselves in a situation that leaves them in the realm of I love you but hate you and tormenting you gives me some joy, until Axton realizes Naomi’s suffering too and that doesn’t bring him as much joy as he thought it would. There were so many twists and turns I wasn’t sure how it would all play out and if Ax and Naomi could find their happiness again and this torture was hard but made the book beyond amazing.… (plus d'informations)

A funny single parent romance. Neal is a single dad to a preteen who is getting his things in order to better his and his daughters life. While living in Violent Circle is fun and full of hilarious and amazing characters Neal still wants the best for his daughter and getting involved with single mother Veronica might not be a great idea, but it’s hard for them to fight their attraction. Veronica works hard and really only has her son as family but living in Violent Circle she has made some pretty amazing friends that don’t hesitate to help her when she needs it and one of those is Neal the gorgeous single dad. They have amazing chemistry but are close friends afraid to risk hurting their kids or themselves. I loved the characters the tight knit group and the dynamic of everyone around.… (plus d'informations)

This is a great series that made me laugh so hard and kept me entertained throughout. The first book is Scarlet Toys, a sex shop that is opening up in a small town and the things the employees and neighborhood endure because some locals just can't stand the idea. Wyatt is a rich, attractive guy who owns Scarlet Toys and he falls for his new employee Cassidy. Cass lives in Violent Circle a low income housing area where there is constant entertainment and chaos and she doesn't want to get attached to Wyatt because she knows he will move on. These two had me laughing so hard and definitely were meant for each other. The side characters were all amazing and funny as well. The second book is Frat Hell and it follows Noble and Jani. I fell hard for Noble in book one because he seemed so charismatic, laid back, and funny. Everyone thought he was just a college frat type that partied but underneath his laid back exterior he worked hard and he studied even harder with life ambitions. Jani is hilarious and is afraid to love someone and become dependent on them she wants serious and thinks Noble doesn't take life serious until he proves her wrong. The Violent Circle gang with their hilarious antics had me laughing so hard and Noble had me swooning even more.… (plus d'informations)
