This set was the three stories of Pearl, Abraham, and Markus.. I liked certain parts and others not so much. I had no idea there was going to be as much BDSM in the story. I thought it was going to be more MC.

This book had some strong points and some not so strong ones. Interesting to see the age gap thing between hero and heroine. I struggled with both the main characters. Pearl seemed wishy wishy on her actions and Abraham/Tank seemed way more confident for someone his age. It ends on a whopper of an ending that made me mad and sad.

apparently, I am a glutton. I had to continue reading to see where this would go after the whopper of an ending. I was not a fan of how fast Pearl fell out of love with Tank to fall in love with his "brother" Markus. Markus was an even bigger OOT asshole. He had his moments. I guess sharing is caring in this book. It did start to get better by the end. I really was surprised at the amount of BDSM in this series.

This book was a little more pulled together and was a nice conclusion to the story. It needed it. I wondered who was going to win. I should have known it was going to go this way. That being said, if you liked SOA and 50 Shades then this merging of two worlds would be a good fit. This series was the first that I had read from this author. I appreciate her dedication to her craft.
