Bozoma Saint John

I was able to get through most of this book without crying…that is, right up until the end. My heart broke as I imagined how the author and her daughter must have felt, as I’ve gone through something similar with my father. As I read this book, I was able to close my eyes and envision all of the stories that were taking place. The author was able to capture her daily life and write about it in a way that made me feel as though I had experienced all of it with her. A truly bittersweet story.
