No recipes that are actually useful, and all of them have so many ingredients I can't even start to figure out where to get from. I only liked the short descriptions about each plant.
A fabulous guide to curing oneself naturally using herbs. Not all the remedies work, but some do. I am a particular fan of using garlic and golden seal at her recommendation.
Excellent reference for those interested in herbs, their history, and usages. Provides descriptions of many herbs, and historical recipes for numerous herbal lotions, potions, and crafts. A classic on the subject.
A book filled with recipes for health and beauty products made with herbs and other natural materials.
