I would have liked to have more practical examples, tools, and techniques for mastering my memory, nonetheless, the book was satisfactory as it was. A very profound book. Even though it's not as recent anymore, it goes into many concepts beneficial to learning that correlate with what I know of Cognitive Psychology. It does this without going into too much empirical proof, making it an excellent read for students and people who are just getting started to improve their learning efficiency.
