The Victorian World Fare Cookbook, Volume 4: Antique Recipes from Around the World by Mimi Riser
This book starts off with notes from the author about the series of recipes.
Each recipe has a title, how to make, no measurements on some. No pictures and NO nutritional information.
for instance one recipe tells you to cut beef into thin slices, cover with a round of potatoes crust which that recipe is also included. Very vague measurements at times if any measurements at all.
Cool to have this very old book, interesting concepts and you should be able to imagine how they can be used in today’s world.
About the author and her other works are listed at the end.

Okay, this was just plain strange. I am going to give it 2 stars because Angelica was hilarious and made me miss my grandmother a Whole LOT. This was just alright but it was so predictable to be a short story I could not rate it higher. Good Quick Read just not for me.

Mostly because the focus of the book was on the romance and the action, I guess.

I liked Allan a lot, even though he was in the story for a short time only. He was adorable. And so brave, in that overly noble way of the storybook knights. :) Mr. Mueller's reading program for underprivileged kids was hilarious and actually a pretty great idea, I think.… (plus d'informations)
