Not my favorite book. I suffer from migraines (although fortunately I finally found a medication which keeps them under control, for which I am very grateful), and thought this book might offer some solutions. (I started it before starting my current medication). I didn't make it through the whole book, because I found the author's overall attitude to be patronizing - as though I was being talked down to. And, I didn't think the suggestions that I read through were particularly ground-breaking. Not that they aren't effective for some headaches, but not as revolutionary as the authors seemed to think. Maybe the idea of a book about a women's health issue written by two men also put me off a bit. In any case, I wouldn't recommend.… (plus d'informations)
