In a world with dragons and magic cards that give the wearer special/magical abilities the MC comes by fate to a legendary card that makes it easier for him to learn any skill.
While hiding the treasure card in his heart he tries to find a live by learning cooking but gets drawn into the political world of dragon hives (like cities with dragons and dragon riders living in them) and finally he tries to become a dragon rider - only that dragons suitable for his legendary card are seldom hatched and all royality has first dibs.
Wonderful world! Great story arc where we explore the world together with the MC that is mature for his 12 years but still makes mistakes to be expected from a child.
