Easy, low angst romance about a man who dares to love despite physical deterioration and the woman who isn't just taking advantage. Pretty typical story of a May/December romance that is getting in the way of the social climbing relatives set on being the sole inheritors of the titled Hero. Though the book seems to be an historical "menage' it really isn't. Basically it's the lengths one man will go through to secure his young wife's future after his inevitable passing due to health problems. Meanwhile the "struggle" comes in the form of the grasping relatives who go to extreme lengths to secure their future inheritance.… (plus d'informations)

Sweet romance. It had an interesting premise. I have read this same idea in a different book where it was done better IMO [b:Waking Up With the Duke|9528246|Waking Up With the Duke (London's Greatest Lovers, #3)|Lorraine Heath|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1327876988s/9528246.jpg|14414309] The thing that was really lacking was emotional depth. Apologies, milady. I’m afraid, but historical and leisurely elucidated romances of making love through a spell of feathery kisses, that’s just not my cup of tea.

I bought three travel guides for my trip to India last year. Two were Lonely Planet books, and then there was this one. Published by DK as part of their Eyewitness Travel Guides series, the cover promises The Guides That Show You What Others Only Tell You. In other words, there’s a lot more pictures here, and they are in color. (More at my blog)
