In ADAM’S WITNESS, a church cancels a LGBT choir performance, and the local paper reports on it. Soon after, the bishop turns up dead. A reporter and a detective team up to find the truth. This book was SO well written. I liked the mystery and police procedural aspect (one of my fave genres!) that was gritty and fast paced with good clean writing that flowed well. Lots of exciting action and drama and great romance as the characters get to know each other better. Good character backstories, especially Adam’s. Grace is a great character, and I look forward to reading more about her. I will definitely be continuing on in this series! 5/5 stars.… (plus d'informations)

Overall, this was an enjoyable light read.

I wasn't sure if it would be due to the first two chapters. But once we got into the main part of the book, the narration picked up.

This is a fast moving, light book. It actually reminded me a little of the fantasy adventures when the hero wanders along and meets people to help him/her in the grand battle. Sometimes thing were wrapped too quickly or lightly. Truthfully though if detail was added we'd end up with a 600 page epic story.

I'm glad I held on. It was a fun read.… (plus d'informations)
