I picked up this book at a bookstore that was closing thinking that it would be helpful with journaling or writing prompts. I sometimes forget though that spirituality does not always equate with Christianity. Though the author hails from a Catholic faith, I was disappointed to see that he has adopted many oriental religious ideas and psychological ideas into his personal spirituality. Still though, many of the questions he brings up to consider are valid no matter what religion you follow.
