3.5 stars - I saw this book being recommended on Twitter so I thought I’d give it a read. I feel like the title and subtitle are a little misleading. While all those things are mentioned, this is more of a memoir rather than an in-depth look at these issues. There is definitely a place for this type of book and it gave me a greater understanding on how I can help someone suffering chronic pain. But the book overall isn’t that informative and is repetitive at times. I think it would have been improved by other people’s stories and experiences being mentioned rather than the sole focus on Parker.… (plus d'informations)
