Nigel Paine

Nigel Paine is a change-focused leader working to make organizations better and more effective. He works globally and has extensive experience in leadership and organizational learning. As former CLO of the BBC, he built one of the most successful learning and development operations in the afficher plus corporate world. He now runs his own consultancy, which focuses on leadership, creativity, innovation, engagement and the links between them. Nigel is an academic director and member of the international advisory board of the CLO doctoral programme at the University of Pennsylvania.
