Do YOU have the magic breath? Let’s see…Take a deeeeeep breath in…and BLOW it out… …and like magic, you can feel better just by breathing! Sometimes it’s hard to feel happy. But with this interactive picture book, children breathe along as they learn how to make angry or sad thoughts disappear. In a world that is sometimes too busy, with too many things going on, My Magic Breath will help steer children into a serene space of mindfulness, self-awareness, and balance.

This is a story about magic breath. The story asks if you have the magic breath. It tells you to take a deep breath and then let it out and then that magic breath is special. It helps you when you have too many thoughts going through your head. If your nervous, sad you can use your magic breath to feel better and see happiness. It teaches you all about how deep breaths can help you.

In this book, the author uses words to talk to students as if they themselves are in the story! Students/children listening to the book can practice taking a deep breath and blowing it out to release energy when you are sad, mad, excited, etc. This is a wonderful book to read to children when they need to find new ways to "calm down".

This was a great book that teaches children how to breathe mindfully. When you are worried, nervous, or sad, take a deeeep breath and let it go! This would be great book to have in the classroom to help kiddos calm down.

a must have for every book shelf. The reminder to help others and be kind can be the most important lesson your children learn, in the school yard to home life right up until their future workplace. If we all followed these simple, yet integral steps, the world would be that much easier.
