Worse than most self-help books, because it's dominant solution is centered on someone single enough, healthy enough, and rich enough to stop living their life for a while and collect themselves. I am not sure there was a need to write this book. ThriveGlobal and a host of other mindfulness, balance, re-set websites, apps and organizations have been more useful to me then this book. It took me less than a day to read it. I found the repetition tedious. I appreciate that the author learned a great deal about herself from "pausing." She did not offer anything to me.
